Developed by Siemens in the 1970s, this relay family has reliably controlled generations of automation systems, telecommunications systems and measuring instruments, and is still used today, for example in railway technology.

The KAMMRELAIS® S is a highly reliable, multi-purpose signal relay with a powerful magnetic system and a wide voltage range. It is suitable for signal loads and currents up to 5 A and features a robust contact system that switches precisely even under varying environmental conditions.

The N variant expands the range with a particularly wide selection of contact configurations and materials. It is the ideal choice for applications requiring precise adaptation to specific switching tasks – from simple changeover contact arrangements to double-contact designs with special materials for tight switching tolerances. Typical applications include: measuring and control devices, press controls with high safety requirements (forced springs), and telecommunications.
